    LOL! Reminds me of the time I paid my massage therapist her bill — mostly in 10s/20s but several many ones. Had the wad behind my back, said to her (who had been working on manifesting $$ in her life): Your fondest dream is about to come True! She was suitably puzzled. Then I THREW the $$ in the air so she was showered by it. What a great experience for us both!

    But maybe not so much what you meant by the poke —
